How do I check the status of my order?
To view the status of your order, visit your Order History from your profile. You can also inquire about the status of your order by calling us at +1 (905) 605-6757 in Canada and the U.S. Our hours are from 9:00 am to 6:00 pm ET, Monday to Friday.

We offer the flexibility to return any product purchased from us for store credit or an exchange, at our discretion.
If you are not satisfied with your order and believe the product(s) do not meet the advertised standards, please contact our support team within three (3) business days of receiving your order. We can help provide you with a return shipping quote, and notify you of any applicable market loss between the time of purchase of product, and the time of its return/exchange. With your consent, we will issue your return label, and once the product is returned to us, we will proceed with inspecting the product, which may result in a store credit, or an exchange depending on availability.
All returned or exchanged items must be in their original packaging and condition. We reserve the right to refuse any return or exchange if the product does not meet these standards. Please note that any payment charges, including credit card fees, are non-refundable. You are responsible for return shipping and insurance costs, as well as any market loss. You assume full liability for any loss or damage to returned items if you choose to ship them using an alternate method or without insurance. Unapproved returns may be refused and sent back to the sender at the sender's expense. If a suitable exchange is unavailable, we may issue a store credit. Please be aware that refunds, if approved, will be based on the current market rate for the specific metal, not the original purchase price. Additionally, we cannot discuss a refund until the shipment has been returned to us and confirmed as undelivered.

If you encounter such problems, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your parcel, and we will work with you to resolve the issue. Since we handle precious metals, all shipments are fully insured through trusted carriers. We ensure that all parcels are tracked and insured for your peace of mind.
